How do I register with PARK NOW?

You can register to become a customer directly within the PARK NOW iOs app / Android app or through our website.

Registration with PARK NOW is for free.

To register, you need your personal information, mobile phone number, payment details as well as the license plate number of your car. You can find an overview of the PARK NOW packages here.

 

During registration I got the error message: ‘Your IBAN is already used’. What should I do?

There is a check during the registration process on the IBAN number. It looks like that your IBAN number is already in use by another customer account. The IBAN number may only be linked to one PARK NOW account. Please choose an alternative IBAN. If you encounter further problems during registration or have further questions, please contact our customer service.

Can I join PARK NOW as a business user?

Yes. You can use PARK NOW as private or business user. During registration, choose the option “business” for business users.

Can I use PARK NOW without registering?

Within Germany, you can use PARK NOW on-street without registering.
Just download the PARK NOW iOs app or Android app. In the app, choose your parking zone and press “start parking action”. Then you choose “pay via mobile network operator”. The incurred costs will be debited directly from your mobile phone bill or pre-paid balance.

Please note that in various cities you require a parking sticker for on-street parking. This sticker needs to be clearly visible attached behind the windscreen of your car. Download your PARK NOW Sticker for free. Alternatively, you can place a note with “PARK NOW Handyparken” behind your windscreen.

Can I add multiple users to my PARK NOW account?

Yes, depending on which package you choose. You can add two additional users (Silver package) or an unlimited amount of users (Gold package). Business customers can add unlimited users to both packages (Silver and Gold).

Can I add multiple vehicles to my PARK NOW account?

Yes, depending on which package you choose. You can add two vehicles (Silver package) or an unlimited vehicles (Gold package) to your account. Business users can add unlimited vehicles to both packages (Silver and Gold).

Which payment methods does PARK NOW offer?

PARK NOW accepts credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, billing via mobile phone and SEPA direct debit as payment methods.

Your invoice will be paid automatically every month through your chosen form of payment. You can change your chosen payment method at any time within your personal account pages.

 

My payment details for direct debit have been declined. What can I do?

Please retry and check that all provided details are correct. Press “next” to move on. In case your details are still not being accepted, please contact our customer service team. We are glad to help you.

Can I register with a foreign mobile phone number?

Yes, you can join PARK NOW with a mobile phone number from the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands and France. Please make sure that the correct country code is entered.

Can I register with a foreign license plate?

You can register with a license plate from one of the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands and France.

After registration I have not received a confirmation e-mail. What can I do?

If you have not received the welcome e-mail in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If no e-mail has been received, please contact our customer service team.

Can I use PARK NOW directly after registration?

Yes, you can use PARK NOW for on-street parking directly after registration. Please note that in various cities you require a parking sticker for on-street parking or a paper with the note “PARK NOW Handyparking” clearly visible attached behind the windscreen of your car. To use PARK NOW in car parks, you require the Car park access card, which can be ordered via the app or account pages and will be sent to you by post.

My Car park access card has not arrived. Who do I contact?

The delivery of your Car park access card by post may take a few days. You can, however, use PARK NOW directly after registration for on-street parking. If you have not received your Car park access card within one week, please contact our customer service team.

What happens with my personal data once I register with PARK NOW?
