A promotion code or QR code guarantees certain discounts for PARK NOW users (e.g. free testing of the PARK NOW app without service fees) and/or you receive a certain amount of parking credits. The discounts will be considered in your next monthly invoice.

To add promotion codes to your account, go to the app and tap ‘Account’ at the bottom of your screen, then select ‘Promocodes’.

If you have any problems adding a promotion code, please contact our customer service team.

Your active promotion codes can be found under ‘Promocodes’ in the ‘Account’ section of the app.

You can only store one promotion code manually in your user profile, but you can add several QR codes one after the other. It is not possible to store the same promotion code twice.
